There is something in you the world needs.

There is something in you the world needs.

My full name means “I belong to the Great One” in Yoruba. It is a subtle, powerful truth that calls me home when the world gets too loud. I love deep connections, hot water w/ lemon, and the quiet hum of every day life. I’m always searching for music and words that shift my heart and feet. Some days I practice yoga, some days I use my business school degree, most days- I’m just trying my best to be human.

In 2023, I directed my first docuseries “Home.Girl" which tenderly explored friendships and sisterhood. this project was awarded a Seattle Arts grant and culminated in a vibrant screening and mixer event.

My writing has been featured on The Beautiful Project and Highly Sensitive Refuge and PlantinMag . My forthcoming chapbook ‘wash between your toes’ was selected as a semifinalist for the Sundress competition and can be purchased here
